Manoj Dadlani

Previously, Manoj served as a partner at Applied Value Group, a management consulting and investment firm, and was co-founder and CEO at Rasa Industries, Ltd., a leading beverage manufacturing company in northern Nigeria. Manoj has substantial experience in strategy, M&A, supply chain management, product development, marketing and business development. At Applied Value, he led the US business in management consulting, advising Fortune 500 companies in revenue growth, cost reduction and lean management. Manoj received his Bachelors and Masters degrees in Biological Engineering from Cornell University. Additional accreditations Manoj has many accreditations to his name, having published a number of research articles that have received over 50 citations worldwide. Recently, Manoj was one of the authors of a study utilizing metagenomic next-generation sequencing to collect nasopharyngeal specimens from both confirmed and suspected COVID-19 patients, helping medical professionals across the globe learn more about the virus. Outside of vital work assisting with the understanding and combating of a virus responsible for a global pandemic, Manoj has authored numerous other articles including a crucial study on the genital microbiome and its potential for detecting sexual assault, and the development of a sensitive, shotgun whole genome sequencing protocol that is capable of detecting as few as 1 colony forming unit (cfu) of Salmonella Typhimurium spiked on 25 g of lettuce.
